Terms of Service
Last updated May 3, 2026. These terms govern your use of Mitrid. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. The service
Mitrid is a hosted software-as-a-service workspace combining HRMS, CRM, Support, Document Management, Document Generation, and Contract Management. The service is currently in public beta and is provided free of charge.
2. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@mitrid.com of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not upload illegal content or content that infringes third-party rights.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the service or access another customer's data.
- Do not use the service to send spam or unsolicited messages.
4. Your data
You retain all rights to your workspace data. We will not access it except as needed to provide the service or as you direct. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Beta service
The service is provided "as is" during the beta. We will give 60 days' written notice before paid plans launch and before any material change in pricing or features.
6. Termination
You may close your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms with notice where practical.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mitrid's aggregate liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid in the prior twelve months (currently zero, since the beta is free).
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Uttar Pradesh, India.
